Dear Mikhail, we are sorry your experience has not been the best, due that te app calendar online does not allow to put yhe schedule at 0:30 we had to put it 23:59... but on the website and also at the entradium platfform there was ( and still is) a disclaimer about the hour we were gonna start on NYE... "As you can see it was written, hope that that 1/2 hour was bot very cold at the street and that finally you enjoyed your visit. Excelente propuesta aún que la apertura de puestas fuel algo tarde 01.15 hrs contra las 22.59jrs que ponianel contrato pero se puede decir que hasta las 05.hrs que cerró las puertas lo pasamos genial Gehiago irakurri seguro,y muy buen ambiente, repetiré sin dudarlo...

Gracias Alejandro, si bien es cierto que el calendario de eventos de la web solo permite poner esas horas anteriores al día 1 de enero y no las 0:30 -que era la hora oficial de apertura- tuvimos una incidencia que no nos permitió abrir antes, aún así gracias por vuestra paciencia en puerta y nos encanta que te lo pasaras muy bien una vez pudiste entrar en sala.
